With over 5 years of experience, more than 70 closed transactions, and over $25 million in sales volume, Rachel consistently ranks in the top 10% of agents across Jefferson and Shelby Counties. She is a listing-focused Realtor known for her ability to prepare, position, and present homes in a way that drives real buyer interest - not just online views.

Rachel's philosophy is straightforward: if she asks a homeowner to spend a dollar preparing their home for the market, it must either be required in today's market or positioned to at least double its return on investment. Her guidance is practical, intentional, and always rooted in maximizing results.

Unlike many agents, Rachel personally stages the homes she lists - a service included in her listing strategy and valued at over $2,500. A graduate of The University of Alabama, Rachel earned her degree in Financial Planning and brings a data-driven, analytical mindset to every listing. She understands how to evaluate investments, manage risk, and maximize returns - skills she now applies to what is often her clients' largest financial asset: their home.

As a mom to a young child, Rachel understands how busy and chaotic life can be. Her goal is to remove as much from her clients' plates as possible - handling the details, coordination, and execution - so they can stay focused on the roles only they can fill in their families and careers.

Rachel has been a resident of Oak Mountain for over 12 years and serves sellers throughout the greater Birmingham area - from Calera to Gardendale and everywhere in between. She attends Brook Hills Church with her husband and their son, David, and brings a blend of professionalism, care, and Southern hospitality to every transaction.
